Slice the tofu in ½ inch rectangles. Press all the water out of the tofu.
Stack all the slices back up and cut them into ½ inch sticks and then even cubes.
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix the tofu with sauce and marinate for 20 minutes. Spread tofu evenly on a rimmed roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing half way through. Let cool before serving.
