Ingredients
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon celery seed
¼ teaspoon cayenne
Instructions
Rub the mustard all over the meat.
Combine all the other ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle them all over the mustard covered meat.
Refrigerate for a couple hours. Remove and let rest at room temperature 30 minutes before grilling.
