Roasted Vegetable Seasoning

Serves: ½ cup
- 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 Tablespoons dried rosemary
- 2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a jar. Seal tightly for up to six months. Makes about ½ cup.
