6 ounces of your favorite chocolate, finely chopped
Topping Options: whipped cream, extra graham cracker and chocolate pieces
Instructions
Take ice cream out of the freezer to soften.
Butter the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl, then add melted butter and combine until the crackers and sugar are wet. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Put it in the freezer while you chop chocolate and prepare filling.
Mix, ice cream, chocolate, and marshmallows. Spoon the ice cream mixture into the frozen crust. Freeze until firm.
Soften for about 10 minutes before slicing and garnishing with extras.
