Frozen Banana Pops

- 8 popsicle sticks
- 4 bananas
- 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup or an assortment of the following:
- chopped peanuts or walnuts
- toasted coconut
- sprinkles
- Peel the bananas and cut them in ½. Stick them on the popsicle sticks.
- Prepare toppings by scattering them on a plate.
- Melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips in a double boiler or a homemade version like the one above, simmering on low.
- Coat the banana by dipping it in the melted chocolate and wrapping or spooning the chocolate around the banana with a spatula.
- Roll the chocolate coated banana in the topping of your choice.
- Place it on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours or over night.
