Use the lesser amount of oil if you prefer a more tart vinegar flavor.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon finely minced or grated onion
¼ cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ - ⅓ cup avocado oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
Pulse onion in your food processor or blender until finely minced. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt. While you have the processor or blender running add the oil. Pour into a jar and add poppy seeds. Shake just before serving.
